As a naturopath on The Central Coast of NSW I have dealt with many clients with Dysbiosis (disruption of the normal healthy micro flora of the gut) and some of these have tested positive for high Candida infections. I have worked with many children on the Autistic Spectrum who are particularly likely to have problems with their gut flora and often high Candida levels and they often do really well on elimination of Candida. There are different types of stool testing that can be done to assess the gut microbiota (gut flora) and this can be really helpful in complicated cases. Herbal medicine is a great tool for working on this delicate system. If you have any of these symptoms then book in to see me, Lucy Frew Naturopath on the Central Coast of NSW at Go Vita Erina Fair so we can do some testing and work out how to get on top of your problem.
